Option #1: MLS IDX SEARCH ENGINE – Includes CUSTOM IDX SEARCH

 

Frame to your website with no programming required on your end. Listings display in real-time and include up-to-the-minute changes. Your private listings are included.

The Custom IDX Search feature allows you to display listings in the areas of your expertise. When a customer uses this feature on your website, a summary page appears with listings that match your preset search criteria.

If you use our Template Builder system to create your website, the IDX search feature is available as an additional cost item that will be presented to you during the site creation process.

If you plan to add the IDX search feature to another site, there is a
$99 one-time setup fee & a monthly cost of $29.95.

Option #2: MLS IDX DAILY FEED

Raw data is supplied to you and your web developer provides the software to store and search MLS Listings. Your MLS Search will have a customized look and feel.

Cost: $100 one-time setup fee & $29.95/month.
