When I try to navigate through Stratus, I often get “stuck” at
various points.
This problem is caused by Browser Toolbars loading with Internet Explorer.
These toolbars can be disabled by doing the following.
- From Internet Explorer, go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS
- Click on the ADVANCED Tab
- You should see a white window with many choices in it.
- Without scrolling down check to see what the last line visible to
you is. It should be Enable Third Party Browser Extensions,
if it isn’t scroll down ONE line until Enable Third Party Browser
Extensions is visible to you.
- UNCHECK Enable Third Party Browser Extensions.
- Left Click APPLY in the bottom right corner of the window then LEFT
click OK.
- Close Internet Explorer and Restart your computer.
- Once the PC restarts log on to Stratus, the problem should be resolved.
