Every time I click on “Print View” in Stratus I get the message, “You
are not Authorized to
view this Page”.

Check the very bottom of your Internet Explorer window. If you see a toolbar with the word discussions towards the left, click the “x” in the far left corner of the bar to close it. The Discussions toolbar stops the print view window from loading correctly.
