I recently installed Norton Internet Security and I can’t log on to
Stratus.

Many websites encounter issues with Norton's unique method of security and require
that Internet Secuirty be adjusted to work. Norton Internet Security blocks your
computer from sending the correct login information to Stratus. The most common
result is the Multiple Browser Window message or a blank screen when trying to
logon. You must either disable Norton Internet Security or add Stratus to the
excluded sites list in order to log on. For your convenience we have written
instructions to configure Norton's sites list to allow access to Stratus.
