Fixing "Multiple Browser Window" Problems
Try these troubleshooting steps if you frequently get the message "This
portion of Stratus MLS cannot be run in multiple browser windows" when
logging on or working in Stratus
Solution 1: Clear out your "CACHED" files
in Internet Explorer
- From Internet Explorer, go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS
- Click on SETTINGS
- Make sure "EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE" is
selected. Click OK
- Click on the DELETE FILES button
- Check the box next to "Delete all OFFLINE content",
Click OK
- Click OK, then close Internet Explorer
- Re-open Internet Explorer, then try Stratus again.
Solution 2: Turn off Pop-Up Blocker in Norton Internet
