has partnered with Instanet Solutions and now offers MLS and LIBOR’s
Forms Online.
The Instanet forms are fully
web based and can be used from any computer with Internet access.
Instanet Forms can be access from Stratus MLS from the Add/Edit menu. You are able to:
- Fill out MLS and LIBOR forms online and retain them in Instanet's document management system.
- Email copies to your customers, clients or attorneys .
- Fill out a property data sheet (PDS) online and then upload the
listing to Stratus as a Worksheet (to complete adding as
a listing later on. This will save you duplicate data entry. - Much more.

Providing Security to the Long Island Board of Realtors The system provided by SentriLock serves two purposes. First, the ID cards will be just that….a quick, effective means of identifying an agent. If an agent comes to a broker’s office and asks for a key, the office will be able to validate the agent’s ID by inserting it into their card reader, which was provided to each office. If the agent is not in good standing, it will show his membership status that way. |
Secondly, SentriLock is the lockbox provider and the ID card will be your access to the SentriLock lockboxes.
Each Member of the Board is issued a photo ID card simply by
emailing your photo to photos@mlsli.com or
by uploading your
photo in Stratus through “Customize My Stratus” on
the Stratus Info Center.
The SentriLock Lockboxes are available at any of the Realtor Service Centers for only $85 + tax.
